1. Who we are

This website is operated by JHYM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17487172), with its registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@jhym.art. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean JHYM LTD; “you” means the person placing an order.

2. These terms

These terms govern your use of jhym.art and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot ship to your address, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices include the import duties and taxes that apply to your delivery address — our freight partner clears every consignment on a duties-paid basis, so no customs charge is requested on delivery. Fees for currency conversion or international card payments are set by your own bank. Payment is taken through Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout; we never store your full card details ourselves.

5. Availability and handmade variation

Each piece is made and finished by hand in Chengdu, China. Small differences in shape, texture, weight and surface patina are normal and are not defects. If you need an exact measurement before ordering, write to support@jhym.art.

6. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery times, shipping charges and the duties-paid arrangement with our freight partner are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

7. Your right to cancel

Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery. The conditions, the refund process and who pays return shipping are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, text, product designs and the JHYM name — belongs to JHYM LTD or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data, including delivery details, payment information and marketing consent, is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints and governing law

Write to support@jhym.art and we will respond within 5 business days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
