Shipping

All orders are made and packed in our atelier in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, and delivered through our international freight partner. Every parcel is shipped on a duties-paid basis, so import formalities are handled for you before the parcel reaches your door.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days; pieces made to order can take up to 5 business days before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days to the United States and 7–15 business days to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the rest of the world. These are typical times; public holidays and customs peaks can add a few days.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $800.00 USD ship free.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are paid by us, not by you. The price you pay at checkout is the final amount: no customs charge, handling fee or tax will be requested when your parcel is delivered. Our freight partner clears each consignment through customs on a duties-paid basis.

If a carrier ever asks you for a customs payment on a JHYM order, please do not pay it — email support@jhym.art with your order number and we will resolve it with the carrier.

Tracking

When your parcel leaves the atelier you receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to become active.

Address details

Please check the delivery address at checkout carefully. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping may apply.
